I’m Lenore—a leadership coach, intuitive guide, and lifelong advocate for soul-aligned success.

For the past two decades, I’ve woven together the worlds of business, spirituality, and impact. Most recently, I served as the Green Building Lead for Africa at the IFC, World Bank Group, where I led a multi-country market transformation initiative across eight African nations. I oversaw a $5 million climate innovation program that helped leverage over $1 billion in investment—and grew South Africa’s green building certification market in EDGE from 0% to 18% in just eight years.

But behind the strategy and spreadsheets was a deeper truth: I’ve always led with soul.

With a Master’s in Engineering, an MBA, and 17 years in finance and development, I’ve learned how to move systems, scale ideas, and lead complex teams. And with 7 years as a business owner and over 17 years as a healer, Master Teacher, creative, and coach—I’ve learned how to lead from within, follow intuition, and guide women into their own embodied leadership.

Now, through She Leads & Flourishes, I support visionary women leaders—those who are ready to reclaim their voice, own their worth, and create meaningful impact without burning out.
